- En un sartén o en la olla essen previamente aceitado colocar la pasta con cuchara o manga haciendo los panqueques del tamaño deseado. Espesor de 1-2 cm. Dejar 3 a 4 minutos a fuego suave y tapado. Dar vuelta y nuevamente unos minutos hasta que dore.
- Servir con azúcar impalpable y dulce de leche. (Dulce de leche con un chorrito de agua caliente mezclar para aligerar y esparcir sobre los panqueques)
